Youth Services Staff

We love our staff, and you will, too!
For ages 11-21.

Compassionate and committed.

Our DSPs are encouraging, patient and kind! They enjoy getting to know each participant’s likes and dislikes, needs and goals. Many have cared for family members with disabilities, worked in group homes or schools, or worked as a CNA or a 1:1 behavioral aide in the past. And all of them are passionate about helping people with disabilities achieve their dreams!

Knowledgeable and specially trained.

SOAR365 DSPs’ educational achievements include associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees. But there’s always more to learn! Professional development is encouraged and celebrated at SOAR365. Our DSPs have completed trainings and certifications in medication administration, g-tube feeding, TOVA, DEI, CPR/AED and first aid. And they are skilled in safe de-escalation techniques and understanding non-verbal communication.

Supported by staff.

We pride ourselves on staffing below required ratios. At SOAR365, each participant also receives their very own case manager. Working closely with your loved one’s caregivers, doctors, therapists and teachers, case managers develop Individualized Service Plans (ISPs). These plans help DSPs truly understand each person’s needs.

More personalized attention increases both the safety and quality of our program. Case managers work closely with our DSPs, taking on many reporting, care team coordination and compliance requirements. This allows our DSPs to focus on each participant while facilitating the day’s activities. Both case managers and DSPs keep a close eye on any changes in our participants or any needs they may have.

Registered nurses are also on hand for specialized medical support, increasing our DSPs’ confidence and peace of mind.

What Our Families Are Saying
