Professional Accomplishments
Tricia Puryear joined SOAR365 as VP of Human Services in July 2023. Previously, she served as Vice President of Leadership Development at the YMCA of Greater Richmond. She has over 30 years of experience in non-profit management and operations. Tricia has focused her career work on community engagement to include youth development, strategic partnerships and collaborations, volunteerism, talent recruitment, DEI, leadership coaching and employee engagement. She is also an instructor at the University of Richmond School of Continuing Education, School of Philanthropy.
