SOAR365 is a Virginia non-profit created in 1954.
Our founding families dreamed of a better way to care for and support their loved ones with disabilities. We’re still committed to building a world where people with disabilities play, work, socialize and thrive as part of their local community.

Our wide range of programs supports the real-world challenges of living with a disability. We’re proud to serve over 1,500 families in a typical year, from newborns to seniors, in the city or country, in your home or ours. Learn more!
