Every April, organizations across the country celebrate National Volunteer Appreciation Week as a time to recognize the people who give their time, talent, and heart to strengthen our communities.

At SOAR365, volunteers are a vital part of everything we do. They support programs, build meaningful relationships with participants, and help create the welcoming, inclusive environment our community depends on every day.

In 2025 alone, 1,244 volunteers contributed more than 11,000 hours of service. But their impact goes far beyond numbers. Volunteers bring energy, compassion, and connection to every space they enter, helping individuals with disabilities build confidence, experience joy, and feel a true sense of belonging.

This video is a small way to say thank you and to celebrate the incredible impact our volunteers make all year long.

National Volunteer Appreciation Week may only come once a year, but our gratitude extends far beyond it. We are deeply thankful for every individual and group who chooses to show up, give back, and be part of this mission.
