Welcome to the recorded session of SOAR365’s 2025 Next Generation Council Leadership Workshop, an annual event held on Saturday, September 20, 2025, with this year’s theme being “Unconventional Roads. Unstoppable Leaders.”

This workshop brought together emerging leaders, volunteers, and young professionals to explore leadership, purpose, and growth. Whether attending from home or via a local watch party, participants had the opportunity to be inspired, learn practical strategies, and expand their network.

Donna Highfill
With more than 30 years of experience as a change consultant, motivational coach, and facilitator, Donna Highfill brings a wealth of insight into leadership during transition. She has worked alongside Fortune 100 executives and technology leaders to help them navigate change and build confidence. Her writing has appeared in the Huffington Post, and her books—Real People, Real Change and Amazing Change—offer meaningful guidance for personal and organizational growth.

Rob Ukrop
Rob brings a message of aspiration, discipline, and impact. A former professional soccer player turned entrepreneur and community leader, he encourages individuals to “Dream High, Work Harder, and Keep on Smiling.” In the Richmond area, he is known through his involvement with 22 Holdings, the ownership group behind the Richmond Kickers pro soccer team and the Richmond Ivy Soccer Club. He also is deeply engaged in community and faith-based initiatives.
