RICHMOND, Va. – SOAR365 is proud to announce that is has been selected as a Top Workplace in Richmond by the Richmond Times-Dispatch. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by the employee engagement technology company Energage, LLC. SOAR365’s results were compared to other similar organizations and only 87 companies in the greater Richmond area made this year’s list.
“We know that it is because of our staff members that SOAR365 is receiving this honor and we are grateful to each one of them for their dedication and hard work,” said John Walker, President and CEO of SOAR365. “Being a top workplace – or as we call it, an employer of choice – has been a goal that SOAR365 has been working toward for a while – and there is certainly more work to be done,” he added.
The anonymous survey uniquely measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution, and connection. The Top Workplace award showcases how SOAR365 has a culture that values its people.
