In recognition of National Disability Employment Awareness Month, The Fusion Hub host Chris Mayfield talked with SOAR365 about Supported Employment – what it is, why it’s important, what it means, and what it looks like in action.

Joining the first part of the conversation were Chris Martin, SOAR365’s Director of Employment Services, Myra Lewis, SOAR365 Employment Specialist, and Leonardo Castro, SOAR365 Employment Specialist.

After the commercial break, Chris Martin and Leo Castro were joined by Krissy Keener, COO of local company, Brandito, where two SOAR365 Supported Employment program participants are employed.
