Continuing an annual tradition of service, a team of hard-working Dominion Energy volunteers came out to Camp Baker in late October to stain numerous porches and walkways, trim bushes, mulch, and keep the camp in tip-top shape as we transition into the fall season.  This enthusiastic group of 20 also created “busy boards” for our Youth Services and Adult Day Support participants.  Busy boards are interactive panels that provide fun sensory items for participants to play with as they listen to lessons, enjoy “down time” during the day, or want something to do with their hands.

During this year’s Day of Service, the Dominion team completed a tremendous amount of work while building relationships and camaraderie with one another.  “We look forward to this event and return year after year,” adds Diane.
