Bill is autistic and works as a janitor with Business Solutions. “I get paid time off for the first time in my life, and I turn 65 in about nine days. I’ve been able to save money for the first time in my life.” AtSOAR365, he also receives accommodations, like listening to podcasts while he works. “I’m working with people who accept and value me. It’s easily the best job I’ve ever had.”

Patrick has worked in Landscaping & Grounds Maintenance for more than 10 years. He started out in entry level positions, but over time, he grew ready to take on more responsibility. His supervisor, Deb Foster, encouraged him to step into the role of crew leader…where he’s excelled. “The best part is that Patrick, who has a disability, is now supervising people with disabilities,” says Deb.

“It’s amazing, it’s always amazing,” says Patrick. “I love the experience and how much you can grow and how much farther they can push you. Then, you don’t even know how far you can go!”
