Once she stepped into the office, Eleanor immediately felt at home. “I was hooked by the uplifting and kind culture that I was greeted with and have been drawn in ever since!” Eleanor says, “The Community Engagement team is filled with hardworking and inspiring individuals who made me eager to come into the office and learn.”
“I really enjoyed watching our students interact with program participants,” said Amanda Titone, the Registered Nurse who attended each session and supervised the students. “I never had to worry about whether the students would join in, because most of the time participants would come right up and get the students involved in something right away!”

Chris Anderson graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2019 with a degree in political science and was eager to pursue a career path in the federal government. However, he quickly found that job hunting was harder for him than for his peers—without the opportunity to build his skill set, he was constantly passed over for positions.
Ask Myles if he likes working at Walgreens, and his response is enthusiastic: “Well, yeah! I do!” It’s his very first job. “I am proud!” he says, beaming.

The Kleene family began its relationship with SOAR365 about a year ago and were happy to share their insight into what it’s like to find support for a loved one with a disability.
