At SOAR365’s Adult Day Support, we do things differently. We’ve seen the magic that happens when you get to choose your daily activities – whether growing vegetables, cooking a meal, or shopping on a budget.
Follow your interests. Learn new things. And have fun along the way! We welcome your creative ideas.
Here, you can learn new skills or work on projects like:
- Expressing yourself through art, music and other creative outlets.
- Running the SOAR365 Sunshine Store where you can learn about earning, budgeting and spending money.
- Exploring local attractions, like movie theaters, museums, restaurants and more.
- Volunteering in the community with Meals on Wheels.
- Working toward career goals.
- Planning decorations, themes, music and food for Adult Day Support events, like prom.
- Learning about safety, cooking and personal hygiene.
- Creating a Friendship Café where you can enjoy coffee with a friend or a meal with a date.
- Exercising, doing yoga or playing sports.
- Serving in Aktion Club, a Kiwanis service club for people with disabilities.
This is your place. A place to make new friends. A place to gain new skills. And a place where your independence and confidence will grow!
