Pre-Employment Transition Services
SOAR365 is proud to work with our local school systems to offer pre-employment transition services (pre-ETS). We provide assessments, career exploration, training opportunities, and work-based learning experiences for students ages 14-22.
You can try a variety of jobs and find what works best for you! Along the way, you’ll learn new career and life skills to help you be more independent. You’ll also practice social skills and learn to advocate for your needs.
Supported Employment
You have the talent, you just need the right support! We know that hands-on help during the job seeking process makes all the difference for adults with disabilities. Our employment specialists (or “job coaches”) are there for you every step of the way.

First, our job coaches take the time to really get to know you. We want to know your interests, strengths, goals and support needs.

Second, our job coaches arrange visits to local businesses. Here, they conduct situational assessments. That means you’ll practice different skills and try out different jobs to find the right one for you.

Third, we assist you with the job application and interview. This may include helping you create your resume or practicing interview questions.

Fourth, job coaches work with your new employer to provide on-the-job guidance and set up supports. That way, both you and your workplace can shine!
