We’ll get to know you, identifying your strengths and interests. You’ll practice both social skills and career skills. Together, we’ll try out different work activities and environments until we find the right one.

Community Partnerships

We work hard to build relationships with local businesses, teaching them about employing people with disabilities. Once you’re hired, we keep working hard to address any challenges and make sure both you and your employer are happy.
